Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Loturo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Zeoba Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Loturo is a data intelligence platform that aggregates, enriches, and presents information from publicly available government grant databases. The Service includes:

• Search and filtering of grant and company data.
• AI-generated analysis and scoring of companies.
• Contact information aggregated from public registries.
• Subscription-based access to premium features.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
• Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.

Data accuracy

The data presented on Loturo is derived from publicly available government sources (SBIR, NIH, NSF, Innovate UK, CORDIS, IRAP) and public registries (Companies House, SEC EDGAR, SAM.gov). We process and enrich this data using automated tools including AI models.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. AI-generated analysis (company intelligence, readiness scores, investment theses) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and AI-generated content are owned by Zeoba Limited. Grant data originates from public government sources and is not owned by us. You may use data obtained through the Service for your own business purposes but may not redistribute it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeoba Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
