Loturo is a data intelligence platform that aggregates, enriches, and presents information from publicly available government grant databases. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
The data presented on Loturo is derived from publicly available government sources (SBIR, NIH, NSF, Innovate UK, CORDIS, IRAP) and public registries (Companies House, SEC EDGAR, SAM.gov). We process and enrich this data using automated tools including AI models.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. AI-generated analysis (company intelligence, readiness scores, investment theses) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

The Service, its design, code, and AI-generated content are owned by Zeoba Limited. Grant data originates from public government sources and is not owned by us. You may use data obtained through the Service for your own business purposes but may not redistribute it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeoba Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
