Loturo is operated by Zeoba Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our website is loturo.cc and our application is at app.loturo.cc.

What data we collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Account information: email address, username, and password (hashed).
- Authentication data: if you sign in via Google (through WorkOS), we receive your name and email. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or other data.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We receive your Stripe customer ID, plan, and subscription status.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and search queries within the application. This is used to improve the product.
What we do not collect
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected anonymously without storing cookies on your device.
- Authentication tokens are stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. These are not cookies and are not shared with any third party.
How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the Loturo service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
- To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely.
